Membership Terms

1. Billing & Renewal

All Living Human memberships renew automatically based on the billing option selected at checkout: Monthly, Yearly, or Coaching.

Monthly memberships renew monthly. Yearly memberships cover an initial twelve-month term, subject to the Firekeeper transition described below. Coaching memberships renew according to the billing terms presented at enrollment.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not affect your current active membership period.

2. Firekeeper Membership Transition

After completing twelve (12) consecutive months of active membership, members enrolled in either the Monthly membership or Yearly membership will automatically transition to the Firekeeper membership.

Beginning with the next billing cycle after the twelve-month membership period is completed:

The recurring membership rate will automatically change to $29 per month.
The membership will renew monthly, regardless of whether the original membership was Monthly or Yearly.
The Firekeeper membership will continue to renew monthly until canceled.
Firekeeper members will retain access to the complete Sunrise Year.
Firekeeper members will continue to receive one (1) Training Map credit every quarter, subject to the Training Map credit terms below.
Firekeeper members will continue to receive the other active membership benefits included with the Firekeeper membership.

The Firekeeper transition applies only to Monthly and Yearly memberships. Coaching memberships are not eligible for and will not automatically transition to the Firekeeper membership. Firekeeper eligibility for coaching clients is available upon request at the end of their coaching term.

If a Monthly or Yearly membership is canceled or expires before twelve consecutive months of active membership have been completed, the Firekeeper transition will not apply.

Once a member becomes eligible for Firekeeper by completing twelve consecutive months of active membership, that eligibility is permanent. A former Firekeeper member may cancel and later rejoin the Firekeeper membership without completing the Sunrise Year again. Re-enrollment will be subject to the Firekeeper membership terms and recurring rate available at the time of rejoining.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Living Human does not offer refunds for memberships, digital products, coaching, or merchandise purchases.

If you cancel your membership:

You will retain full access for the remainder of your current billing period.
Your membership will not renew at the end of that period.
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued.

Examples:

If you cancel a Monthly membership, you will retain access until your membership expiration date.
If you purchase a Yearly membership and cancel after six months, you will retain access for the remainder of your one-year term.
If you cancel a Firekeeper membership, you will retain access through the end of your current monthly billing period. Your permanent eligibility to rejoin Firekeeper will not be lost.

Merchandise is made to order and is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Refunds or replacements may be provided only in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.

4. Access After Cancellation

When a Monthly, Yearly, or Firekeeper membership expires, active membership access will end.

This includes access to:

Sunrise Year.
The Living Library.
Fire Circle replays.
Future Training Map credits.
Other active membership benefits.

Your account will be downgraded to a free Visitor Account.

You will retain permanent access to:

Any Training Maps previously redeemed using your membership credits.
Any Training Maps, Journeys, or other digital products purchased separately.

All retained content will remain available through the Downloads page inside The Cabin.

If you rejoin after a Monthly or Yearly membership has expired before becoming eligible for Firekeeper, your Sunrise Year journey will restart from Month One, and a new Training Map credit schedule will be established. Previously completed membership time will not count toward the new twelve-month Firekeeper eligibility period.

If you previously completed twelve consecutive months of active membership and became eligible for Firekeeper, that eligibility will remain permanent. You may rejoin Firekeeper without restarting the Sunrise Year or completing another twelve-month eligibility period.

5. Training Map Credits

Monthly, Yearly, and Firekeeper memberships include Training Map credits.

One (1) Training Map credit is issued every quarter according to the member’s applicable credit schedule.

Credits are issued on a use-it-or-lose-it basis. Unused credits do not roll over or accumulate.

If a credit is not redeemed during the applicable quarter, it will expire.

Cancellation or expiration of a membership will end eligibility for future Training Map credits. Any Training Map previously redeemed using a credit will remain accessible through the member’s Downloads page.

6. Sunrise Year Access

Sunrise Year is designed as a guided, progressive experience.

For Monthly and Yearly members, content unlocks one month at a time. Members may access only the months that have been unlocked, and future months cannot be accessed early.

This structure is intended to support steady growth and implementation over time.

After completing the twelve-month Sunrise Year and transitioning to Firekeeper, members will retain access to the complete Sunrise Year for as long as their Firekeeper membership remains active.

If a Firekeeper membership is canceled or expires, Sunrise Year access will end at the conclusion of the current billing period. The member may restore access by rejoining Firekeeper under the membership terms available at that time.

7. Digital Products

Training Maps, Journeys, field guides, workbooks, and other downloadable Living Human resources are digital products. Unless specifically stated otherwise, these products are provided as downloadable PDF files. No physical items will be shipped.

Training Maps generally include downloadable PDF training materials.

Journeys generally include downloadable PDF materials accompanied by a Notion template designed to support reflection, organization, implementation, or completion of the Journey.

A free Notion account is recommended so that customers can duplicate and use the Notion templates included with Journeys. Notion is a third-party service and is not owned, operated, or controlled by Living Human. Customers are responsible for creating and maintaining their own Notion account and agreeing to any applicable Notion terms and policies.

The PDF materials may still be viewed without a Notion account. However, customers who do not create a Notion account may be unable to duplicate, edit, or fully use the accompanying Notion templates.

Purchased and redeemed digital products can be accessed at any time through the Downloads page.

8. Coaching

Coaching participation is subject to availability and requires an application process before enrollment.

Living Human reserves the right to determine coaching eligibility and cohort placement.

Coaching memberships are separate from the Monthly, Yearly, and Firekeeper memberships. Coaching memberships do not automatically transition to Firekeeper and do not count toward the twelve-month Firekeeper eligibility requirement. Firekeeper eligibility for coaching clients is available upon request at the end of their coaching term.

9. Updates to Terms

Living Human reserves the right to update or modify these Membership Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Living Human platform or continued membership after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updates.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through your use of Living Human is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
