Digital products, including Training Maps, Journeys, guides, programs, and other downloadable or account-based materials, are delivered electronically and do not include a physical shipment unless specifically stated otherwise. Access is generally provided through your Living Human account.

Certain digital content is included as part of a Living Human membership and may require an active membership for continued access, while other digital products may include access independent of an active membership, as described at the time of purchase.
