All Sunrise Year memberships renew automatically based on the billing option selected at checkout (Monthly, Yearly, or Coaching).
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not affect your current active membership period.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Living Human does not offer refunds for memberships, digital products, coaching, or merchandise purchases.
If you cancel your membership:
You will retain full access for the remainder of your current billing period.
Your membership will not renew at the end of that period.
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued.
Examples:
If you cancel a Monthly membership, you will retain access until your membership expiration date.
If you purchase a Yearly membership and cancel after six months, you will retain access for the remainder of your one-year term.
Merchandise is made to order and is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Refunds or replacements may be provided only in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
3. Access After Cancellation
Once your membership expires:
You will lose access to Sunrise Year, The Living Library, Fire Circle replays, future Training Map credits, and other membership benefits.
Your account will be downgraded to a free Visitor Account.
You will retain access to:
Any Training Maps redeemed using your credits.
Any Training Maps, Journeys, or other content purchased separately.
All retained content will remain available through your Downloads page inside The Cabin.
If you rejoin after your membership has expired, your Sunrise Year journey will restart from Month One and a new Training Map credit schedule will be established.
4. Training Map Credits
Membership includes Training Map credits.
One (1) Training Map credit is issued every quarter.
Credits are issued on a use-it-or-lose-it basis.
Unused credits do not roll over or accumulate.
If a credit is not redeemed during the applicable quarter, it will expire.
5. Sunrise Year Access
Sunrise Year is designed as a guided, progressive experience.
Content unlocks one month at a time.
Members may access only the months that have been unlocked.
Future months cannot be accessed early.
This structure is intended to support steady growth and implementation over time.
6. Digital Products
Training Maps, Journeys, and other downloadable resources are digital products.
No physical items will be shipped.
Downloads remain accessible through your account.
Purchased and redeemed content can be accessed at any time through your Downloads page.
7. Coaching
Coaching participation is subject to availability and requires an application process prior to enrollment. Living Human reserves the right to determine coaching eligibility and cohort placement.
8. Updates to Terms
Living Human reserves the right to update or modify these Membership Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through your use of Living Human is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
