Hybrid Running, Strength & Aesthetics

Mustang is Living Human’s hybrid running, strength & aesthetics training map. Built around running & strength as the lead adaptations, it develops a bigger engine, a stronger body for power, and an athletic physique while still training the whole human.

Weekly Requirement

Lift 3-4x per week
Cardio 4-5x per week
Elemental Practice 3x per week

The Adaptations

Endurance

Running-based endurance training inside the Living Human system of Pace, Rhythm Horizon, and Stampede runs.

Strength

Full-body strength training built for power, posture, tendon resilience, and total-body durability.

Aesthetics

Aesthetic hypertrophy for balanced development and a body that looks as capable as it feels.
