Frequently Asked Questions
When do I get my Training Map credit?
You receive one Training Map credit every quarter. When a new quarter begins, a credit is added to your account and can be redeemed for any eligible Training Map. Inside The Lodge, you can see whether you have a credit available and when your next credit will unlock.
Do Training Map credits roll over?
No – Training Map credits do not roll over. Each credit is valid for the quarter in which it is issued and expires when the next quarter begins.
What if I miss a Fire Circle?
The monthly Fire Circle is streamed live and recorded for replay. If you can’t attend live, the recording will be added to the Living Library where you can watch it anytime.
Can I start anytime?
Yes. You can join Sunrise Year at any time. Monthly and Yearly memberships receive instant access. Coaching requires a discovery call and application before enrollment.
Sunrise Year is designed to build steadily one month at a time, allowing the lessons to compound over time.
What is your refund policy?
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Monthly Sunrise Year memberships can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges, and you’ll retain access through the end of your current billing period. Yearly memberships are non-refundable and remain active for the full membership term.
Merchandise is made to order and is not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
What happens if I cancel?
You retain access through the end of your current billing period after cancellation. Once your path expires, your account will be downgraded to a free account. Any Training Maps, Journeys, or other downloads you’ve redeemed or purchased will remain available in your account downloads. However, you’ll lose access to Sunrise Year, the Living Library, monthly Fire Circles, future Training Map credits, and other enrollment benefits. If you re-enroll after your access has ended, your Sunrise Year journey will restart from Month One and a new Training Map credit schedule will be established.
